|Recommended: YesSince moving in December at the height of the holiday season, we have grown to love Modera 55 more and more every day The building is extremely clean, safe, and the staff is always friendly and incredibly accommodating. It is the perfect place for us and our dogs to enjoy and the location is great for an easy commute to work as well as a lively neighborhood with activities always going on We love how spacious and well-designed our apartment is and are so happy to call Modera 55 home

|Recommended: YesEnjoyable property to live at — This is a good property located in the heart of Morristown. It is isolated and has built in privacy. Building has all the amenities that are necessary for luxury living. However, what really makes the place is the leasing office which is friendly, receptive and hardworking. We were fortunate to work with Sakinah Watford. She was fantastic not only during the leasing process but continued to deliver after moving in. During the moving process, she was very thorough with the information she provided and patiently answered all of our question. Even after moving in, she checked on us to ensure everything was fine. When we brought up an issue we were having with the parking situation, she went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She is truly a great asset to the staff and highly recommend working with her if interested in this property.

Brian from maintenance was great too He helped us get our keys all figured out and walked us through how to work everything in the apartment. Great stuff

|Recommended: YesThe complex is very nice however, the 1st floor level parking I needs floor cleaning. Especially the section along side of the garage door. Along the wall with the mirrors. The ground is dusty dirty. — The staff is very friendly accommodating and most areas are very clean.

|Recommended: YesMaintnence Reqiuest - Brunel — IN my year of living at Modera 55 Brunel was the most courteous respectful and helpful maintenance individuasl I have had the pleasure to have come work on my apartment, not only did he fix what I submitted for request, he checked on multiple other items and fixed those as well.
I was getting coffee when he arrived and he waited 15 minute outside my door until I got home.
He was clear and made sure I knew what to do once he was gone.
He is a great guy and I would recommend him for all maintnence requests.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Design But Some Construction Deficiencies — Amenities are great and the apartments have the high-end apartment feel. Only issue is you can tell that the flooring install had some poor workmanship. Depending on the construction adhesive used or temperature when being applied, whichever the deficiency may have been, the vinyl floor tends to bow and you can feel it lift up off the subfloor in certain areas then depress back down when you step on it. The floors are wavy . Also, the shower plumbing fixtures are okay but the shower head, diverter, and tub faucet have issues with water pressure through the showerhead. Separately, the tub faucet still dripping even after using certain technique described by management to divert the water to the shower head in response to complaints regarding the tub faucet still running while showerhead is in use .. Not sure if it was a miss, poor design by manufacturer, or faulty install but it is still very noticeable. On a final note, I am still waiting for my storage unit to be made available to me that I am currently paying for.. my key still does not open the unit. Other than those issues I do like the building.
